Preseason Readiness Training Clinic!

As our seasons are right around the corner, I am so excited to offer a new experience for you to come train with us at our Preseason Readiness Training Clinics!

This clinic is a fun opportunity to train with us both OFF and ON ICE!

Itinerary Flow:

- Checkin: 12:30-1pm

- OFF ICE Talk and Training Session: 1-1:40pm

- Get Ready For ON ICE: 1:40-2pm

- ON ICE Training Session: 2-2:50pm

- Pictures and Wrap Up: 2:50-3pm

WHAT TO BRING:

- Workout shoes and clothes for Off Ice Session

- If you have a jersey from one of our prior clinics, you can definitely bring and wear that for our On Ice Session, or any practice jersey (you can also wear a jersey that you can have autographed)!

- Full Gear for On Ice Session

- Water/fluids and snacks as needed

- and last, but certainly not least, A SMILE! :)
